The initial manufacturing process and procedures for the majority of the products featured on this web site were validated by an independent laboratory using EPA methods 601, 602 and 625. Conformity to the validated process and procedures is verified daily by the production supervisor.
Manufacturing, Cleaning, and Production
The resin in all of our polyethylene and clear polyethylene products is natural, virgin, and high-density. No regrinds are accepted and the same material is used consistently from run to run. In addition, the HDPE used contains no plasticizers or additives.
All parts and tubing are washed in Liquinox™ detergent and individually rinsed with DI water. After the wash and rinse step, all parts and tubing are allowed to air dry in a controlled room. After drying, these parts are assembled and individually inserted into polyethylene bags that do not contain plasticizers. After bagging, bailers are packed in natural corrugated boxes.
